It’s fine as a quick overview (Which is exactly what it says it is). However it’s just repeating things that the processor manuals are already very clear about, so I’m not totally sure why they bothered.
Yeah, most of the stuff mentioned in this article is already present in the Intel Developers manual, but I think it was good anyway, a nice explanation of how an Operating System uses memory. More of this kind of articles!

Even more interesting on that site is the “Bastardized Funtamentals of Computer Science”.
