Hehehe, right click on it save it to your /home, open OOo, click on ‘Open’, click on the article.
It’s a good thing that the Debian install guide is in accessible form. A large percentage of Windows users don’t have MS Word installed (because it’s quite expensive) but anyone with a net connection can download OpenOffice.org for free. Perhaps making it an AbiWord document (.abw) would have been even better idea, since AbiWord works better than OO.o in older computers.
…we need a “Report abuse” link on the actual articles, now… That’s 2 in one day. Wake up, people.
Is there anything else out there that reads OO.o files? 64Mb is a bit much for some people to grab over dodgy dial-up connections. Especially to read what is essentially text. Any chance of someone converting it to .rtf?
I know a lot of people already have OO.o, but not everyone.
