any Solaris administrator worth his salt was doing this stuff (using an NFS share, or two) since Jumpstart existed. I don’t quite understand why would one create a separate CD for this, when an NFS share is so much flexible and useful…. but ok.
I think a nice article on flash archives would be in order now, but even that, of course, is your average Solaris admin’s bread and butter.
