“first Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2003” is incorrect. Windows Mobile 2003 itself has been around for awhile. Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition has just been recently released and models are just now showing up.
If you look at the headline you would get that. It does not need repeating in the body of the statement.
