When will they port it to DOS?
C++, what’s that?
They’ll port it when there’s a demand. Why? Are you waiting for KDE for DOS?
A developers dream come true.
If you’re looking for a DOS solution check out SciTech SNAP Graphics for DOS, and SciTech MGL for DOS.
SciTech MGL provides fast, low level rasterization of 2D and 3D primitives that can be used for creating computer games, user interface software and other real-time graphics applications.

Canopy is also the company that controls Scox. Go to canopy.com and take a look.
or in this case 3-2-1?
Well, it doesn’t mean Trolltech is blindly controlled by the Canopy Group. Hell, Trolltech is even proud to claim that IBM licensed their technology.
For the most part, Trolltech is owned by its own employees. 75% or something like that.
Together, Canopy and SCO have a 5.7% stake in Trolltech. They’re hardly a “Canopy company.” Heck, Microsoft owned (still owns?) about as much of Apple when they made their $150 million investment a few years back.
