They are both big companies trying to make a buck, and we are taking sides – LOL…
If they hurt each other enough then in the future companies such as these will hopefully think a lot longer before using law-suites instead of marketing/good-designs to sell their products.

Haha, that’s funny… either company would be happy to screw you at the drop of a dime, and people are taking sides.
I should write – this is a disaster, millions wasted on lawyers and stupidity rather than innovation, reducing costs to customers and promoting development and efficiency.

I hope both Apple and Samsung products get banned. Then maybe their lobbyists would push for patent reform.
