does the powerpack contain a non broken version of GIMP? thats my one big annoyance with MDK9, as it was with MDK8, they ship with GIMP broken, why???!!!

month ago, i was a windows user.
For spirit reasons, and fed up with predator behaviour of windows i decided to try a Mandrake 8.2 and bought the powerpack.
A friend of mine helped me for my beginning with my new pet, the pinguin….
Lats week, i bought the new powerpack for the 9.0 version of mandrake.
I’m a newbie, but, Jeez, i love linux now. I dont’t really if the mandrake 9.0 is far better than others distros, but i found happyness with it.
Everything is easy, and Gnome2 is beautifull.
So much app’ for only 77 Euro, it’s really cheap.
I kept my windows partition only for 1 or 2 things i can’t do under linux, that’s why i’m 95% of my time under linux…
My hope now is that more people will come from windows to discover the power of open softwares…
