They have such a strange concept of interoperability.
First u think about your strategy then you choose your tactics to implement your ideas.
e.g. CRM – which means Customer Relationship Management, not Customer Relations Management: that is your addressbook. Lots of companies heard about that and being pushed/tricked by these software developers/marketeers to use their product, without even having a good thought what that software should do for them
You dont need a tactic if you dont have the strategy for it. You dont need a tool if you cannot use it to reach your goal.
Sounds a lot like “BOB”….
