Serenity Systems has released a German version of their eComStation live-CD. This is the third language supported; a Dutch and English version already were released. In addition, an update to their beta program for eCs 2.0 has also been released, just a day after they announced the opening of the beta program.
btw, the full version of eComStation 1.2R is available on English, German, Russian, Dutch and Italian languages. Traditional Chinese eCS is in beta-testing.
I couldnt get the damn normal version to burn. Nero didnt like their file. Couldnt just release a normal iso.
it is an ISO.
You must have got a bad download. I have burned the CD with Nero with no problem. Try downloading it again.
My copy of Roxio Easy CD had no issues with it. As others have said, it’s just a standard ISO file.
i am relaly looking forward to the 2.0 release. it makes mention of visual improvements. i am rather corious as to what these improvments will look like. it would be nice to se the GUI take a step out of the 1990’s .
I had no trouble burning the CD with Adaptec; the download file is simply a zipped ISO.
But I couldn’t boot the CD past the first menu. I selected the “Boot from CD” choice and a “Not Enough Memory” error message was displayed. I’m on a PIII with 384MB RAM. Maybe eComStation Demo can’t access the RAM?
