Submitted by Apple has just released the first beta of iOS 4.1. While no official changelog has been posted by Apple, we can expect to see improvements in the way the iPhone calculates signal reception, a flaw which was found by Apple recently during testing. You must be a registered developer in order to access the download, but if you have an account, you can get it here.
Should this be page 2? It’s not really news either considering that only paid developers can access it.
Old news, but 4.01 is out. That *is* probably front page news, as it is a consumer level release.
So yesterday, the good thing to come from all this is the realization by the masses that the iPhone/Bone is firmly planted in the public’s rear end.
