Intel APC has obtained a leaked document showing the technical details of Intel's Red Flag Linux software stack, as well as photos and screenshots of the suser-interface. On a related note, Transmedia plans to announce that its Glide productivity suite and media sharing environment for desktop and mobile devices is available for Linux users.

It looks like the style (of large cons in particular) has been ripped from iPhone!
Smallish ones are definitely stock Gnome though...

Yeah. I was about to say the same thing. It looks a little too simialr to the iPhone interface. The bar on top makes look gnomish though, they should put one at the bottom to complete the effect.

Do I smell a direct competition for Nokia N800 in its niche market? Wonderful. ;)

Interesting that you should mention that, because there appears to be some commonality between Nokia and Intel's software stacks.

See http://www.internettablettalk.com/2007/04/16/intel-mobile-internet-... and notice the Nokia-like screenshots from early versions of Intel's software...

If this arrives soon, I may buy it instead of the N800. (I already own a 770)
